How do I track my order
As Soon as your order is sent you will receive a tracking number by email.
What are your delivery options?
We use Royal Mail Service,
order before 3.pm to be sent that day. Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays unless stated on certain items such as tees which are specially made to order and can take up to seven days
You can enjoy free standard U,K, delivery, on orders over £100. which can take from 2-5 working days
A signature will be required for both options.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
shipping will be calculated at checkout ! please allow between 7-14 days for international countries.
How do I return an Item
RETURNS: ? If for any reason you wish to make a valid return, to be issued with a refund you must first contact me by email alerting me to the items you wish to return and your reason for the return, this must then be followed by the return within 14 days, If we haven't received the item back within 14 days from when your item was delivered (this can be checked through tracking) your item will be NON -refundable, in certain circumstances a credit note may be issued at my discretion. All returned items should be in the original condition as received, with the original label intact, all items should be Unused, unwashed and unworn (This includes any make-up staining) Any item found otherwise will not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 working days to process your return from date of your delivery to us. I would also strongly advise you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be my responsibility and will not be processed.. Please return your item with the invoice enclosed, as this will have your details to process your refund, this will also have the returns address , Refunds can take 3 - 5 working days to show up on your account once processed. Please note all postage fees when purchasing and returning goods are NON - refundable

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do! check our delivery options. Also please be aware that now we are no longer a part of the EU you may you may be eligible for some shipping taxes .
